For four days and three nights, a small circle of women will gather in the woods along the Wood River to step away from the noise, the expectations, and the endless doing—and make some room for something else.
Through The Art of Change, we'll explore what happens when we loosen our grip on control and begin to trust ourselves, each other, and whatever comes next.
There will be time on the water, time in the woods, beautiful food, massage, Reiki, ceremony, journaling, conversation, laughter, stillness, and plenty of space to simply be.
No fixing yourself. No becoming a better version of yourself.
Just four days to breathe, get curious, and see what might happen when you stop trying to control the answer.
